We want citizens and businesses to be at the center of the City Mission. Each of us has an impact on the environment and the climate, together we can lead the transition to climate neutrality. 

In accordance with this scope, cities will need to develop effective approaches to mobilizing communities and influencing and incentivising behavioral change. We can become creators of change through bottom-up initiatives, innovation and new forms of governance. 

Mission objectives include promoting a just transition to improve people's health and well-being and to bring many additional benefits to that process, such as better air quality, job creation and healthier lifestyles.
